The house had good bones but was built on spec in the 90’s and had very little charm. My clients wanted to upgrade and refine the interiors to reflect their taste and sophistication. We added moldings, wainscoting, ripped up all the wall to wall carpet, laid down hardwood and re-furbished all the cabinet built-ins. The project included redoing all the bathrooms and will encompass a kitchen overhaul in the coming months.
